What You See is What You Get… Mostly: We’re super careful to tell you all about our jewellery – size, materials, the works. But hey, monitors and screens do their own thing with colours, so what you see might be a smidge different from what you get. But trust us, it’s the same fab piece.

The Money Stuff: All our prices are in Aussie dollars and yep, they include GST. You can pay with PayPal or other options we’ve got listed. Just a heads up, when you hit ‘buy’, you’re saying ‘yes’ to the full price, shipping included.

Get It Quick: We’re speedy! Most orders fly out within a day or two. If it’s a custom piece, give us a couple of weeks to whip it up. We send stuff via Australia Post and other reliable carriers. Heads up though, if there’s a delay, it’s on them, not us. And for our international friends, customs fees and taxes might pop up.

Change of Heart?: Not feeling it? No worries. You’ve got 14 days to send it back for a refund or swap. Just make sure it’s all as you got it – packaging and all. Drop us a line first so we can tell you how to return it.

Oops, Did It Break?: Accidents happen, and we’ve got you covered. If your jewellery decides to go ‘snap’ within the first 3 months, just send it back our way. We’ll fix it up at no cost and even cover the postage to get it back to you, shiny and whole again. Because peace of mind is a beautiful thing, right?

Your Secrets Are Safe: Your privacy is a big deal to us. We’ll handle your personal info by the book, following Aussie privacy rules. And nope, we won’t sell or rent your details to anyone.

Hands Off Our Stuff: Our website’s full of cool stuff – photos, text, logos. It’s all legally ours, so please don’t copy or use it without asking us nicely first.

Queensland Rules: We play by Queensland’s rules, so any disagreements about our site or goodies will be sorted out in their courts.
